An ergonomically designed majestic, multi-purpose hall with excellent acoustic and brilliant lighting system and a seeding capacity of about 600, intended to be used for conducting examination and organizing seminars, debates, declamation contest, quiz competitions, poetic symposia and other cultural activities. The facility of indoor games like Badminton, Table tennis etc. has also been provided in this multipurpose hall.

This polytechnic has well furnished guest room with good accommodation.

The learning resources utilization center (LRUC) in this polytechnic facilitates importing of learning and training by using the latest instructional multimedia techniques like OHPs, DVPs, slide projectors, SLR photography cameras, VCRs, VCDs, video cameras, computers etc.

The Institutes library has been equipped with about 27000 books covering technical, scientific and general subjects and most of these are latent editions and have been procured under the World Bank Project. Costly books are kept in the reference section to be used by the staff and students as per need. In the library about 2000 are the Book Bank books. And also subscribing for more than 60 periodicals and journals, besides newspapers.

An Identity cum Library Card is given to the every student when he or she join the polytechnic college in the first semester. The validity of this card is three years. The holder of identity card is entitle to draw two books for a period of 14 days from the Library. An overdue charge of 25 Paisa will be levied per book per day beyond the due date. The member shall be responsible for all the books drawn by him/ her. Books lost, defaced or injured in any way shall have to be replaced by the borrower. He should satisfy about the soundness of the book before issue. A sum of Rs. 50/- will be charged for the loss of identity card and fresh security...
